2 tablespoons milk
A little salt to taste
A little black pepper to taste
A little Italian powder
30 g garlic
1/2 yellow onion
1 tablespoon butter
30 g chopped parsley
30 g cheddar cheese
30 g grated cheese of your choice
1.Crack the eggs into a bowl.
3.Season the eggs with salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning powder.
4.Using a fork to beat the eggs and other ingredients together.
5.Add the garlic and onion and use a fork to mix everything together well again.
