Whole Wheat Banana Muffins Recipe

Ingredients (for 9 muffins)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg at room temperature
50 ml almond milk at room temperature
1 banana, mashed
40 ml vegetable oil
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
60 g brown sugar

1.In a mixing bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and granulated sugar. Set aside.
2.In another mixing bowl, mix together the egg, almond milk, vegetable oil and mashed banana.
3.Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together, but do not over mix.
4.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
5.Sprinkle each muffin with old-fashioned oats and brown sugar.
6.Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 18 minutes
at 180°C.
7.Wait for the muffins to cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
