20 g chopped garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
60 g diced carrot
60 g diced yellow onion
2 eggs
200 g cooked brown rice
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
A little salt
A little ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chopped scallion
