Pasta and Ham Omelette : Quick Breakfast


3 eggs

1 tbsp milk

1/3 tsp stock powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp sea salt

Beat all ingredients together and set aside.

2 slices cooked ham, diced

400 g cooked pasta

1 tbsp cooking oil

3 tbsp parmesan cheese


1.In a pan on low heat, pour in cooking oil.

2.Once the oil is hot, stir in cooked ham and cooked pasta.

3.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

4.Pour in the beaten egg mixture.

5.Close the pan with the lid, allow the beaten egg to cook for 4 minutes.

6.turn the egg inside out, and continue cook for more 2 minutes.
