Soft and Moist Easy Marble Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
1 tsp baking powder
76 g unsalted butter at room temperature
2 eggs at room temperature
60 ml buttermilk at room temperature
1 tbsp cocoa powder
120 g cake flour
1/4 tsp salt
120 g granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder and salt.
2.Sift together the dry ingredients 1 time and set aside.
3.In another mixing bowl, Beat in the butter until smooth.
4.Beat in the sugar, egg, vanilla extract and buttermilk.
5.Fold in the flour mixture. Do not over mix.
6.Divide the batter into 2 parts.
7.Mix together 1 part of the bater with cocoa powder until well combined, but do not over mix.
8.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
9.Bake the muffins for about 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven on 180°C.
10.Let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy.
