Thai Style Healthy Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 150 g pork, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 green onions, cut into small pieces
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tsp thin soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
