How to make Banana Crumble Muffins : Muffin Recipe
In this video, I’m going to show you how to make banana crumble muffins. The muffins are very soft, very sweet and very delicious and it is also very easy to make. If you’re looking for a muffin recipe I believe that you may like my easy muffins recipe today.
Ingredients (For 7 pieces)
For crumble
20 g unsalted butter
30 g all purpose flour
20 g ground almond
20 g granulated sugar
(Mix all the ingredients well and put it in the refrigerator.)
For Muffins
100 g cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
(Mix the cake flour and baking powder together and set aside.)
1 egg at room temperature
70 g granulated sugar
60 g vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
60 g mashed banana
40 g yogurt at room temperature
Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, beat the egg until foamy for about 30 seconds at medium speed.
2.Beat the egg and sugar for 5 minutes on medium speed.
3.Add vegetable oil little by little until the oil runs out, use low speed.
4.Stir in 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, mashed banana and yogurt
5.Add 1/2 of the flour mixture. Beat the batter for 20 seconds at low speed.
6.Add the remaining half of the flour mixture and beat the batter for about 20 seconds at low speed.
7.Scoop the batter into the muffin liners.
8.Top with crumble topping.
9.Bake the muffins for 20 minutes at 180°C.
10.Let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
