How to make the Easiest German Apple Cake : Cake Recipe

In this video, I will show you how to make German style apple cake. The cake recipe is very very easy to make and it’s very delicious. For me, the apple cake is my favorite dessert and I hope you will like it too.

Ingredients
For the cake
125 g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
125 g granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
125 g unsalted butter at room temperature
2 eggs at room temperature
1/4 tsp salt
900 g apples

For the crumble
150 g all purpose flour
100 g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
100 g unsalted butter at room temperature
1/8 tsp salt

Instructions
1.Preheat the oven on 180°C.
2.For the crumble, in a mixing bowl, combine together the flour, sugar, ground cinnamon, butter and salt. Keep it in the refrigerator
3.For the cake, Peel and slice the apples.
4.In another mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder and salt.
5.Beat in the sugar, salt, vanilla extract, eggs and butter for about 2 minutes at low speed.
6.Transfer the batter into the spring from mould (26 cm)
7.Place the sliced apples.
8.Top with the crumble.
9.Bake the cake for about 50 minutes at 180°C.
10.Let the cake cool and enjoy.
