Quick & Easy Tuna Fish Fried Rice Recipe (Thai Recipes)

Ingredients
1/2 canned tuna fish
300 g overnight cooked rice
30 g chopped green onion
1 small yellow onion, diced
30 g chopped garlic
30 g chilies cut into small pieces (optional)
1 tablespoon cooking
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/3 teaspoon seasoning powder

Instructions
1. Heat cooking oil in a pan on high heat.
2. Add the chopped garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
3. Add canned tuna and onion, saute for bout 2 minutes.
4. Add the overnight cooked rice and saute until the rice is hot, for about 3 minutes.
5. Season the fried rice with soy sauce, seasoning powder and fish sauce.
6. Add fresh chilies and spring onions, saute the ingredients together well.
7. Place the tuna fried rice to a bowl or a plate and ENJOY!
