In this video, I’m going to show you how to make fluffy and moist cake muffins. The recipe is very very easy to make and delicious. If you are looking for dessert recipes maybe you will like this muffin recipe.

Ingredients (For 11 muffins)
100 g butter at room temperature
2 eggs at room temperature
130 g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
110 g granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
36 g milk at room temperature
60 g sliced almonds
60 g cranberries

Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder and salt.
2.Sift dry ingredients together 1 time and set aside.
3.In another mixing bowl, beat in the butter until smooth for about 1 minute.
4.Beat in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar.
5.Beat in 1/2 for the flour mixture, milk and 1/2 of the remaining flour mixture. Do not over mix. Using on low speed.
6.Fold in the cranberries.
7.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
8.Top each muffin with sliced almonds.
9.Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20 minutes on 180°C.
10.Allow the muffins cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
