Banana Walnut Muffins : Muffin Recipe

In this video I’m going to show you how to make banana walnut muffins. The muffin recipe is very easy to make and it’s very very tasty. If you’re looking for a delicious muffin recipe I believe you may like my banana walnut muffins recipe today.

Ingredients
1 cup cake flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg at room temperature
75 g yogurt at room temperature
70 g unsalted butter at room temperature
3 tablespoons milk at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
Before you start making muffins, you need to preheat the oven at 180°C.
1.In a bowl, combine together the cake flour,
baking powder, salt and ground nutmeg. Set aside.
2.Use a fork to mash the banana thoroughly. Set aside.
3.In another mixing bowl, Beat the butter until smooth for about 20 seconds on low speed.
4.Add in the brown sugar. Beat the butter and sugar together for about 20 seconds on low speed.
5.Beat in the egg for 30 seconds at high speed.
6.Beat in the yogurt, mashed banana and milk for 10 seconds on low speed.
7. Fold in half of the flour mixture.
8.Fold in Half of the remaining flour mixture.
9.Beat all ingredients until well combined at low speed, but don’t over mix.
10.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
11.Top with 60 g toasted walnuts.
12.Bake the muffins for 20 minutes at 180°C.
13.Let the muffins cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy.
