Crab Stick Omelette and Rice : Quick Breakfast Recipe


2 eggs

2 green onions, cut into small pieces

6 small fresh chilies, cut into small pieces

2/3 tsp fish sauce

1/4 tsp stock powder

1/4 tsp white sugar

1 tbsp cooking oil

1 cup cooked white rice


  • In a bowl, crack in the eggs, season with fish sauce, stock powder and sugar, beat the egg mixture together.
  • Add in crab sticks and fresh chilies, mix well.
  • In a pan on medium heat, pour in cooking oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture.
  • Fry the eggs until cooked on both sides.
  • Place crab stick omelette over rice, and serve immediately. ENJOY!
