5-Minute Egg Rice Bowl : Quick and Easy Breakfast


2 eggs

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup cooked white rice

1/3 tsp stock powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 slice cooked ham, cut into small pieces

1 tbsp green onion, cut into small pieces


  • In a bowl, crack in the eggs.
  • Add in stock powder, sea salt and black pepper.
  • Use a fork to mix the ingredients together.
  • Pour in water.
  • Add in cooked white rice, cooked ham and green onion, mix well.
  • Cover the cup with plastic wrap.
  • Microwave at 700 watts for 3 minutes.
  • Use a spoon to mix the ingredients together, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
  • sprinkle with green onion on top of the egg and ENJOY!
