5-Minute Egg Rice Bowl : Quick and Easy Breakfast
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cooked white rice
1/3 tsp stock powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 slice cooked ham, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp green onion, cut into small pieces
Method
- In a bowl, crack in the eggs.
- Add in stock powder, sea salt and black pepper.
- Use a fork to mix the ingredients together.
- Pour in water.
- Add in cooked white rice, cooked ham and green onion, mix well.
- Cover the cup with plastic wrap.
- Microwave at 700 watts for 3 minutes.
- Use a spoon to mix the ingredients together, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
- sprinkle with green onion on top of the egg and ENJOY!
