Garlic Pork : Thai Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg pork, cut in to bite size pieces
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp thin soy sauce
- 1 tsp pork stock powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- In a bowl, add the all of ingredients, mix well. Allow the pork mixture to sit for 30 minutes.
- 500 ml cooking oil for fry
Methot
- In a pan, pour in cooking oil.
- Once the cooking oil is hot, add in the pork mixture, and fry it util cooked on both sides. ENJOY!
