Quick and Easy Fried Pork


400 g Pork cut into 3 pieces

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

1/3 teaspoon pork stock powder

1 tsp cooking oil for mix with the pork

3 tbsp cooking oil for fried the pork


1.In a bowl, add in pork, sea salt, ground white pepper, pork stock powder and 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, and mix well.

2. Allow the pork mixture to sit for about 15 minutes.

3.In a pan, add in 3 tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat.

4.Once the oil is hot, add in the pork mixture,and fried it until cooked.

5.Serve fried pork immediately.
