Scrambled Egg Pasta : Easy Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten

1 tbsp cooking oil

1 tsp butter

300 g cooked pasta

2 slices cooked ham

salt and pepper to taste

3 tbsp parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp stock powder

1/2 yellow onion, diced

1 tsp chopped garlic

Method

  • In a pan, pour in cooking oil, add in butter.
  • Once the oil is hot and the butter is melted, stir in yellow onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked pasta.
  • Pour in the beaten eggs.
  • Once the all of ingredients are cooked, season with stock powder,salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. ENJOY
