- 400 g chicken breast, cut into cut bite size pieces
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/3 tsp pork stock powder
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- In a pan, pour in cooking oil, and in butter.
- Once the oil is hot and the butter is melted, stir in chopped garlic for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the chicken breast.
- Once the chicken breast is cooked, season with chicken stock powder, sea salt and pepper to taste. ENJOY!
