Ingredients
2 eggs
50 g salami, cut into small pieces
30 g chopped garlic
30 g chopped yellow onion
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon to 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions
1.Crack the eggs into a bowl.
2.Add in the chopped garlic and chopped yellow onion.
3.Season with oyster sauce.
4.Use a fork to beat the eggs and other ingredients together.
5.Heat the cooking oil in a pan on high heat.
6.Once the cooking oil is hot, pour in the beaten eggs mixture.
7.Reduce the heat to medium heat and fry the eggs for 2 minutes each side.
8.Transfer the Thai style salami omelet into a plate and ENJOY!
