Tomato and Cheese Omelette Recipe – Breakfast Recipes

2 eggs
50 g chopped yellow onion
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
A little black pepper to taste
1/4 little salt to taste
60 g grated cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
200 g cherry tomatoes
30 g chopped parsley

1.Break eggs into a mixing bowl.
2.Add the chopped onion and dried thyme.
3.Season with black pepper and salt.
4.Add 30 g grated cheese.
5.Use a fork to beat the eggs and other ingredients together.
6.Heat the olive oil in a pan on low heat.
7.Once the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture.
8.Wait until the eggs are almost cooked and place the cherry tomatoes , grated cheese and chopped parsley over the eggs.
9.Fold the eggs in half.
10.Cover the pan with a lid and wait until the eggs are cooked for about 3 minutes.
11.After 3 minutes, remove the pan lid.
12.Transfer the tomato and cheese omelet into a plate. ENJOY!
