Strawberry Muffins Recipe : Muffin Recipe

In this video, I’m going to show you how to make strawberry muffins. I used fresh strawberries as an ingredient to make the muffins very moist and very delicious. If you are looking for a dessert recipe, maybe you will like this muffin recipe.

Ingredients (For 11 muffins)
160 cake flour
130 g granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg at room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
120 ml milk at room temperature
50 g melted butter
300 g strawberries cut into small pieces

Instructions
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder and salt.
3.In another bowl, beat in together the egg, sugar, milk, vanilla sugar and melted butter.
4.Fold in the flour mixture until well combined. Do not over mix.
5.Fold in strawberries.
6.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
7.Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes on 180°C.
8.Let the muffins cool and enjoy.
