- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp milk
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 slice ham, diced
- salt and black pepper
- In a bowl, Beat all ingredients together except butter.
- In a pan on low heat, add in butter.
- Once the butter is melted, pour in the beaten egg mixture.
- Wait for the eggs to be almost cooked, add in parmesan cheese.
- Fold the omelette in half, transfer it into the plate.
- Serve immediately
