Broccoli and Ham Omelette


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 g cooked broccoli, chopped
  • 1 slice ham, diced
  • salt and black pepper


  • In a bowl, Beat all ingredients together except butter.
  • In a pan on low heat, add in butter.
  • Once the butter is melted, pour in the beaten egg mixture.
  • Wait for the eggs to be almost cooked, add in parmesan cheese.
  • Fold the omelette in half, transfer it into the plate.
  • Serve immediately
