Egg Salad : Easy Recipe
Ingrediens
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tbsp diced celery
- 2 tbsp diced yellow onion
- 2 tbsp dice pickled cucumber
- 2 sliced bologna, diced
- 2 tsp juice of pickled cucumber
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the all of ingredients until well combined.
- Place the egg salad in refrigerator until time to serve.
